Recapture the Love (Revelation 2:1-7)

In “Recapture the Love,” we are reminded that faithful service can never replace a passionate relationship with Jesus. The Ephesian church had not stopped working, but somewhere along the way, their devotion had lost its heart.

Jesus calls them to remember, repent, and return—to remember where they once were, change direction, and begin again the works that flowed from their first love. Christ’s message challenges us to ask whether our faith has become routine.

We may still be serving, attending, and doing all the right things—but do we still love Jesus with the passion we once had? It’s time to recapture the love.
